The Cultural Mapping Project conversations: Luke Jacomb

http://youtu.be/249m7JRejt0
A while ago I was lucky enough to visit renowned glass artist Luke Jacomb at his new workshop and studio in West Auckland. This is brief interview from the day and features cameos from two other creatives: Joseph Nerney and Rene O’Donnell-Gibson. In the interview Luke discusses some of the influences and concepts that inform his creative practice. This is the first in a series of interviews for The Depot’s Cultural Mapping Project. Luke will be exhibiting two works in The Cultural Mapping Project exhibition Sum of the Parts at The Depot from August 11-30 2012.
